Meet Jenna-Leigh

Jenna-Leigh Hoffmann is a published author, integrative nutrition and functional health coach, and entrepreneur based in San Diego, California. Her work explores the intersection of human health, performance, and the rhythms that shape our wellbeing. With a background spanning marketing, international business, and integrative health, she brings a multidisciplinary lens to understanding how people can live and perform in greater alignment with nature.

A former elite athlete who trained at the Olympic Training Center, Jenna-Leigh’s early experiences in sport sparked a lifelong curiosity about physiology, resilience, and human potential. After beginning her career in technology consulting and digital product management, she shifted her focus toward health and wellness, ultimately building a career centered on helping others access greater vitality and balance.

She is the author of Becoming Sunshine: Fine-Tune Your Health and Happiness, Harnessing Key Lessons from the Sun. Through her writing, coaching, and speaking, Jenna-Leigh explores how reconnecting with natural rhythms can support energy, resilience, and long-term health.
